ACCU arranged the visit program for the president and delegates from the National Credit Union Federation of Korea (NACUFOK) to the Federation of Savings and Credit Cooperatives of Thailand (FSCT) on July 10, 2018. The numbers of person from ACCU and NACUFOK visiting FSCT HQ is 6 persons. The purpose of this visit is to learn and exchange ideas and experiences about FSCT & NACUFOK operation and technology. We have learnt a lot and earned much more knowledges from them. They are trying to improve their gadgets to support and serve their members the best services through the modern technology such as smart watch in the near future. This idea can serve all business and financial services via smart watch. They focus on their business and financial services to facilitate the members. A bit different from FSCT, we focus on the member living. We provide many kind of welfare to our members and try to assist them to help-themselves. Furthermore, we ask for NACUFOK to give us an advice about IT to facilitate and serve the best services to our members in the future. This is such a great meeting for us which we can apply to our federation.
